Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. We realize this might be a bit earlier than expected, but we know many of you are traveling from far away and want to allow plenty of time for arranging any travel plans. Because this will be an intimate backyard wedding, a head count with plenty of time in advance will help us make the event extra special!
-
We’ve gathered a handful of our suggested lodging locations here. If you need any other suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Because of limited space, the dinner event on Saturday is adults-only, but if you are traveling with your young children, they are welcome to join us for brunch on Sunday (just let us know ahead of time). If you have any questions, please reach out to Andrew or Jordan directly.
-
The event on Saturday begins at 3PM and the newlywed couple will be making their entrance just after then - don’t miss it!

There will be parking available in the pasture at the rear entrance to the property, first come first serve (see parking map below). Carpooling is encouraged because space is limited.
Once that lot is full we will notify you with a “parking lot full” sign and there will be overflow parking at our (incredibly generous) neighbor’s property just down the road at 10180 Mill Station Rd. There will be a van to shuttle you to-and-from the ranch at the beginning and end of the evening (or upon special request). While the overflow lot is within a short walking distance of Grace Ranch, after dark, please use the van service as it is a dimly lit road.
-
There will only be a shuttle service available to/from the overflow parking lot on Saturday evening. We’ll have ample parking (carpooling is encouraged), and there are typically plenty of ride shares available as well, but since we can’t absolutely guarantee it, we recommend scheduling your driver in advance! See the map below for where to be dropped off and picked up.

Seeing as how this isn’t a wedding celebration for two meteorologists, we can’t be quite sure… just kidding ;) we’ll post an update closer to the date of the event! October in Sonoma County is usually pleasant and mildly cool, with highs in the 70’s and lows in the 40’s. We always recommend packing layers!
-
The celebration will be mostly outdoors amongst the backyard of Jordan’s family home. Drinks under the arbor, fire pits and oysters on the back lawn, dinner in the orchard and dancing in the barn! We’ll report back with the rain plan as we get closer to the date of the event…

We’re so excited to delight in the talents of local chef Amelia Telc. We just love her rustic yet refined approach featuring hyper local food, pairing classic techniques with inspiring flavors and delicate surprises!
When you arrive you’ll be greeted with specialty cocktails crafted by the couple (and a full bar) along with both grilled & chilled oyster bars and an abundant array of appetizers, followed by a delicious family style menu cooked al fresco, highlighting many of our favorite So-Co purveyors and Fall flavors.
Amelia’s food is so much of what I love about being home in Sonoma County. We were lucky enough to dine with her this past Fall and have been counting down the days until October 25th ever since!

Too many to count! But here’s just a few of our favorites. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or if you want more suggestions, we have plenty!
